Hello there, as everyone here that has read the latest weekly update knows we'll be able to drop in and out of the raid mission and our progress will be saved so that we won't have to restart every time we play it, but only for one week at a time. I am very gratetful to know this but It has raised one question for me, if the raid progress saves for a whole week does this mean that we will have to have the same raid party members every time we start it back up? Or will it just go by the checkpoint that the Party leader has gotten to in the vault?
Edit: I hope to get a reply from someone att bungie who could give us some info on how this will work.

great question, and to be honest im thinking it would be set to that one raid party, so if you change members you would have to start again.

Likely will force the same members. Wouldn't be much of a team if you kept playing it with a different team.

That's a wonderful question.

Probably yes :/

I think it'll just save to wherever your character was last...

I could swear they said it goes by where you saved, not party members. However that means you have to have other friends that saved at the same spot if you switch them out. I also want to say if you switch out and someone has an earlier save point, the rest of you have to go back to the earlier point. They won't advance someone further through the raid because other party members have a later save point. That's why they stress you need 6 committed people.
