For people wondering what happened, The Streamer is Jordan Mathewson or "Kootra" he runs "The Creatures LLC" a business that consists of 7-8 other youtubers that make content and once in awhile live stream on Twitch.tv/thecreatures. In this Instance an individual outside the business, that goes by ScrewPain had found out the location of their offices. He then proceeded to use a proxy and skype/a landline to hide his location and show it as The Creatures offices. He claimed that there was an active shooter with hostages. In this situation the police precinct Moblized a Task force to enter the office space and clear the area of aforementioned active shooter. The when the officers found Mr . Mathewson they didn't know whether he had a firearm or not, and used a required amount of force for and the situation. They use command voice to show authority and this usually makes you comply out of confusion. After talking to Mr . Mathewson they diffused the situation as a hoax.

It's actually called "command voice". It tends to make you obey even when you don't know what is going on. I still remember nearly crapping myself when I first joined the army. Those DI's are scary, man. lol. But seriously, the prankster really needs to get found an sorted out fast. It's instances like that which get people killed. What do you think would have happened if Kootra had one of those aforementioned replica guns in his hand when SWAT busted in... I thought the SWAT guys were pretty laid back tbh... No excessive force at all. They just cleared him of all possible weapons before relaxing. They did seem a little confused towards the end though lol. Bald SWAT Guy: "What's streaming?"

Was a good summary... Pretty much everything the cops did there was professional... except the cop who was playing the hard man when Kootra laughed. "You think that's funny?" Very unprofessional there... especially as it looked at that point as if it was a hoax. If he was in my squad I would say two words to that officer... "shut it". Mind you, he looks young so maybe he's learning. None of the older crew were unprofessional. All courteous even though he could have been an enemy combatant. The one who did the pat down got it spot on (as in, don't trust your eyes).

It was in now way over with, the building they are in was far bigger then that one room and there where more then the 3 cops in that room, if I am in the situation where I may never come out of the building and I find out its Bullshit and some kids laughing I would be a bit pissed
