That's the idea. There's also the ability to do a "LFG" type post to look for groups immediately. You also have the ability to leave two types of feedback - a general feedback, and an attendance feedback for those events scheduled ahead of time. My rough use case looks like: I know I can play Saturday and want to Vault of glass. I create an event and yell at my two buddies to sign up and I promote them from "Wait list" to "Accepted" status. A few others see the event and sign up. I check their feedback, and add 3 more. There's a comment system where players can ask for more details, or event create additional subteams if say 12 people are interested. Then day of one of the guys I don't know doesn't show up. I go out to the LFG side to see if there's any players who want to jump in. After we crush Vault of Glass, I leave feedback for everyone saying how awesome they played. The guy who didn't show gets a negative attendance rating. Other use case: I get home from work and want to do some crucible but not just with random people. I like microphone's and talking and working out strategies. So as I'm jumping in, I post an LFG. People can add me and I'll add them to game. People come and go. After so long, my LFG will either expire or when I'm done I can come back and close it. As it's not an event, there's no attendance feedback but I can choose to leave some positive feedback for anyone I played with.
