Yes ps4 sells more. But everywhere I ask they say ps4 gets returned and traded in a lot more often than an Xbox one.

I just spoke to my local gamestop guy and he said he hasnt sold a xbone in a week and that people are returning them for store credit towards a PS4.

That's strange. Since the Xbox one/ps4 came out, my store has had quite a few more ps4s traded in than Xbox ones.(I'm not saying one console is better than the other). All I was saying is people say ps4 has sold way more(yes it has). But they don't take into account the amount of ps4s that are traded in or returned. Like 2 weeks ago, a guy traded in his ps4 because "it wasn't as good as he thought" and he bought a ps3 instead. People just never take trade ins or returns into account. So just you know, I'm not saying they trade in or return their ps4 to get an Xbox one.(not trying to saying Xbox is better).

Poor me, I must have the two most under powered consoles this generation (WiiU and Xbox One). But I don't care. As long as the games are fun I'm satisfied.

And directx12 will help. The xbox one all ready gets 1080p fine. The link You had was from one developer a long time ago .And they ran directx 12 in a test and it gave the The machine a 70% increase in graphics. It won't be as much as 70% on Xbox one. It will probably be some where between 10% to 30% and help it run cooler.
