Its because its a role playing game your guardian does not have to to be a spitting image of you maybe people like the smaller build because the want a ninja character
Others because the just want too why do males choose a male character do you like looking at a man constantly? I don't that's why I choose a female they are more appealing to me and my play style. And I don't think people should be called names based upon there play style. Rant over

I don't want to play a male because I'm doing that in real life.
-
Butts and boobs. Why else
-
The reason i dont play a female. "Become legend" My memories, my heart and soul, blood and sweat "Metaphorically" Going into one character...ill play a female hunter but my legend Warlock. Male. I want the memories to be as real as possible. Not RPG real.

Dat ass

I just find it hard to care about a male character. If he dies it's just one less d**k swinging around. A girl dies and it's a tragedy. I mean people are still upset Aris/Arith died in FF7, no one gives a damn if Tidus from FF10 goes away. That and if given a chance I would rather be staring at a girl's butt than a guy's.
-
well its a fps so you don't really get to see your person much, but I don't care what you play as, im a guy I play as a guy bc its easier to put my self in the story

».» dat ass! That's why!

I am male but I play as an exo because I have no emotion or personality. This gives me a real sense of immersion, even though I am incapable of enjoying it.

Rant over
Why do males pick males? I make my character look as close to me as possible. So it could be like me as a bad ass healer, warrior, mage, or in this case a warlock with cool space magic abilities in awesome looking armor. Role playing doesn't necessarily mean making your character look like a completely different gender. I want to make me as an awesome character with cool looking armor and abilities that I wouldn't mind having in the real world. So I role play as myself in the role of what classes they have. Many just want to undress their girl character and just be perverted looking at the physics of the game on the characters body when moving and curves. Has annoyed me a bit like really I don't really see any other reason why people would legit get a girl. Looking smaller in games I guess works if you don't really resemble a girl unless they don't care their character looks like a small girl compared to the male.

Dat grass

Well in a few games the females have smaller hit boxes
-
I think it's cos they have tucked their junk between their legs and caught a glimpse in the mirror and now they want to live out their life vicariously through RPG's
-
Boobs...
-
I like looking at her hips when shes on the tower and her voice. Boom end of story. I honestly don't see why its a big deal so long as your not trying to seduce people. lol

-
I just play as an Exo Male because they look cool. Only reason.
-
I pick female for one reason. Boob. #DoItForTheBoob

I've always felt a little weird about people wanting to have their characters look exactly like themselves, maybe it's just a personal issue but it seems narcissistic to me
-
also if everyone made their characters look exactly like themselves we would have a bunch of lanky awkward looking teens and over encumbered guardians. ;D
-
Males are ugly and their armor is always blocky and clunky
-
I do it because the Exo female has a great voice.
-
I never make my characters chicks but I really don't care if someone else does
-
Characters I create tend to have a look, a personality, a moral code, etc. that I create in my mind, so I base my gender off the persona of the character I'm choosing to play as. Sometimes a male fits the role better, sometimes a female does.
-
I tend to choose Females cos if im having to look at a55 i rather it be females than a mans

it's all about the dance. /thread
