You treat the tower as "home base" which makes me wonder if there is a presence of embassies exist where you don't have to jump to orbit. A quote that sticks out like a sore thumb: "With Call of Duty, if we were just aiming for the thing that worked in the past, we would probably be making Modern Warfare 9 right now." The thing is drenched in Corporate PR, but the designer's handbook is thorough and so is the rest of the magazine. It's a collector's item you'll want to come back to.
