1) "No split screen? That's a big flaw" 2) "No proximity chat. Another big one" 3) "Seriously, the fact that there are DLCs in the first place is terrible. The game should come with the full game. Not as a disc with downloads later on" 4) "Yet you go right back to daydreaming about your beloved features that you want in the game" You do see the inconsistency there, right? ...."What can we do to fix it?" ..."Let's see what we can do to make it better" "We"? "We" don't get to "fix" anything, or "make" anything "better" in Destiny... it's Bungie's game; neither you, nor anyone else, has any say so in how they handle their creation. You can offer feedback but that's all you get to do... well, besides choosing whether or no to buy it of course. "You guys defend Bungie like they're always right" When it comes to their game; created through their combined talent, time and effort? Yeah, they're always right.

 • 1) You're right. My use of the word "inconsistency" was wrong. The correct word is "hypocrisy"; although you won't see that either (due to self imposed myopia), nevertheless, thank you for bringing it to my attention... in an offhand way. 2) "They're making it for us" Your sense of entitlement is so outlandish it borders on comical. Bungie designed a game they themselves would want to play first and foremost. 3) "The customer is always right" That's a line created by a whiney, self absorbed public relations hack to make other whiney, self-absorbed people like you feel better; nothing is further from the truth.

 • Then who are they making for? The millions of people not buying their game and not keeping them alive?

 • Lol have you ever been to a movie? Have you ever played a game that's 100% story? If you honestly think that they make games for you and I then you really are a fool. They have a story and experience to share that has nothing to do with what anyone, except them, wants. It just so happens that what they want is in line with most gamers.

 • Like I said. It just so happens that most gamers like what they do. They're not concerned about trolls like you

 • When did I become a troll? Just because I have a concern about the game, I'm automatically a troll?

 • If defending a game you like automatically makes you a fanboy then writing an essay complaining about it makes you a troll.

 • Defending a game doesn't make you a fanboy However, these fanboys are defending defending Bungie because they are fanboys

 • The customer isnt always right, and when it comes to video games, they definitely aren't always right. If you think that the consumer controls the consumption, look at Apple. Hasn't had an original idea in years, but they are still going uphill. The buyer really cant control the product, only ask the creator to change it. And if they don't get the changes/ dont like them, they don't buy the next version of the product.

 • Not seeing your logic, I am a gamer, a dedicated one actually. But gaming is not an exception to the terrors of the public market, and to think otherwise is just plain wrong. Video games are a product, a much more engaging product than most, but a product nonetheless. That means, that they act as products do, and they are not usually at the complete whims of the consumer.

 • Exactly So they expect the makers to do a good job and bring them a good product

 • Absolutely, but when they dont, people don't buy it. You cant expect developers to meet the needs of everyone, and still make money.
