Sounds like you need to fill out a bug report, you can go here www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/18405/64336073/0/0 and there is a form and directions on what to do.

Besides the fact that that link clearly says it's going to a clan page, it doesn't work.

I just tried it and it works fine. It takes you to the Welcoming Committee. The first page is a bug report form.

K works fine for me, the phone has chrome browser installed and displays the page just fine. I don't know how else I can help. You may have to use a computer and its web browser.
