Your quote from Bungie saying it'll be it's own big thing is a bit out of date. And they already said in interviews things are being added and were not in the beta. Lots of things. The beta was originally supposed to be a full product launch and then turned into basically a small taste and a server test. I agree with mostly everything else though. The game has faults and that's a fact. They'll fix them as time goes on. Don't worry they'll be taking care of us they also said now that they don't really have a leash on from microsoft they can do as they please and make the game what they really want and have more freedom to listen to their fans. I don't think we can look at their previous games for much more than an idea of their skills. Follow up on their games and what they offered is just too out of date now and I think we have plenty of time to get some surprises.
