Hypothetically speaking, what time of day/day of the week, did you originally post this LFG thread?
How far off is Saturday @ 4PM... how long are you going to be waiting to get replies?
And then....
What happens, when one of those people from the forum..... quits on you?

So 24 hours in advance is a good amount of time IMO. [b]Edit:[/b] Considering there will be hundreds of ready replacements on the forum at any given time, someone backing out isn't really a big problem.
