yup, bungie is a different bast to how it once was. The fact that most people don't seem to care about that is what makes me very sad.

I think a lot of people still care, these forums are not the best place to gauge that as most members are new to Bungie. B.old had the funnest , tightest community in the old days. Today they're much bigger, so is their office and their following. Things change... I think most people are not overly interested in knowing who is or was behind the wheel, they just want to play the game and rant/troll on the forums to pass time. Hopefully, Bungie will still make great games, but Marty's departure was the definite sign that things have changed, a lot. Someone tweeted a joke after Marty's departure, might have been Joe Staten, "Destiny, from [b]the creator[/b] of Halo"... Lol, pretty much.

Yeah. Without the music, without that trademark atmosphere and feeling the music gives you. After destiny things will feel weird cause the music which drives everything won't be there. Thay have made a huge mistake.

If you craft something by hand, and a few people love it, it's great. Once you sell/merge part of your business with the big guys because you want to make more, bigger and better things, it's harder to have control over your product. It may mean a ton more money though, and Bungie is a business. They'll get good composers, epic trailer tracks from high end libraries, such as Audiomachine, E.S. Posthumus, who knows.
