The thing is. The count downs I see finish 12:01am on the 9th which is a full 14-18 hours ahead Of that same time in the US (depending on where exactly PDT is - east or west coast) . So if servers are up in Asia, those getting the game could be a full 18 hours in before the US enters the fray.
