No confirmation either way only rumors and innuendo. The NA psn says midnight PDT and PAL PSN is saying midnight local this is where the confusion has come from but either way Bungie has not stated so dont believe anything either way until offical confirmation.

See I think this is why all confusion is happening as I'm in UK and it has the countdown timer for it. It ends at midnight our time
