I think we all want the ability to fly our ships around. What good's a ship if you can't fly it? Maybe like a Crucible game mode, or an area like the tower where you can fly around in bliss. There could be places that have debris that you have to fly speedily around, lanes where you could gather your friends and race, or even have an Assassin's Creed-like loading screen where you can move your ship around while the game loads.
