I'm quite surprised they look this good over a year before release.

Not concerned about visuals, but about maps and gameplay. The grey one they show already looks worrysome.

I know that map, why a remake in halo 5 idk but the graphics for the surrounding area is just for the view.... What you really want to know is how the first person view and guns look...usually they never match the scenery. Look at halo 4........it wasn't that bad, but it was there.

It looks fantastic, i thought the alpha footage was going to be ok but i got proved wrong. Its pretty amazing and i hope they show more spartan screenshots soon.

Yeah they're good, it's still early in the Xbone life cycle so graphics are going to become a lot better.

1 ReplyThat map is supposedly midship according to several(lol YouTube) sources, but while I see the resemblance(it looks almost exactly the same), there is something different with the center of the map. What happened to all of the lifts?

I'm loving what 343i is doing with all of this. With so much time left to refine what they've already shown to be amazing I'm confident they'll nail it this time with the MCC and Guardians.

4 RepliesIt looks brilliant. Not too fond of the uber shiny Spartans but apparently that was just a demo. And still not sure why 343 keep focusing on old maps like Midship. I know its popular and the remake looks gorgeous but 343 need to focus on new stuff.

I'm very happy with the graphics. Looks like Halo 4 with even better lighting and without the muddy texture issues.
