The exact reset date is unknown, but I'd speculate given the release date is on a Tuesday (In Australia) that reset date will be based around then (unless it ends up being a Sunday week reset). Given the checkpoint system in raids, I'd assume there would be checkpoints after defeating certain bosses or events within the raid are accomplished.
