No. There will be people who get the game early (you tubers and reviewers) so the servers will be up a day or two before release. If you are downloading the game as a digital copy, you won't be able to do that until 3:00 am eastern time

Edit: I can only speak for the PS4. I have no idea what the situation is for the Xboxes (or PS3, for that matter). Mountain's comment might be accurate for them. If that's the case, then all I can say is SUCKERRRRRRRSSSSSS!!!!! lol
