Change fusion rifle to shotgun, no charge time, same devastation.

Take PVP as an example. Shotgun always needed 2 hits for one target. Fusion Rifle needs 1 charge, plus if someone stands behind your target they die as well. And I just like the fusion rifle more. I'm not a shotgun person.

Use the teleporting melee to drop I to shotgun range, deal melee damage, your selections will make you invisible after the attack, one shotgun shot should be enough to finish the job.
