I need to lose weight and I know it, I just procrastinate a lot. I actually started exercising and then got really sick to the point that I couldn't do much of anything. When I started to get better I just said "I don't really feel like it today" and I got lazy again. Which is weird to me, because I felt amazing and was actually insanely happy when I was working out. I'll start back exercising here soon. With the fast food thing in this video, I hate fast food now. It's too greasy and just makes me feel sick so I don't eat it anymore. Hell, coke is my favorite drink and I'm working towards cutting it out completely and stopping my caffeine addiction.

    Yeaah ._. Cutting out all, and I mean all, fizzy drinks seems to have made a difference for me at least. I never really drank them, but after seeing that russian guy boil cola... never again... It's tea or water now ._. And the junk food aspect is harder to cut out, simply because it's so ridiculously ingrained in life nowadays. It's easy to cut out McDonalds, but less so to avoid all frozen fish (With coating) or croissants or various bread based things or to cut down dairy <.< You just have to keep working at it >.>

  • Every sport season I start I always get sick in the beginning because I'm so out of shape sometimes I had to go home for the first day. It sucks it really does but just by going back and trying to keep up, getting better everyday. Soon I didn't even feel sick from working out whatsoever, even if it was a really hard workout. Just keep on going man :)
