Honestly, I hope that everyone complaining about the game goes and gets the refund they're threatening to get. Good riddance anyways we don't need those entitled whiners mucking up the community. And anyone who expected to keep their characters from the beta... it's a beta. There was never even the hint of a promise of keeping anything. Bungie even made it perfectly clear what would be "permanent" rewards, and what wouldn't be. Read into the context guys.
