5 RepliesAm I the only one that kept the very first gun you acquire in the beta? The "Khvostov 7G-02" (Kind of looks like an m4) I plan to keep the very first gun in the final release as long as I can just because you only get it once and never see it again if you dismantle it

36 RepliesHow bout.....Thanks bungie for giving us access to your game before it was released. Thanks for allowing us to explore what you allowed us too. I know there's so much more you kept hidden from us so we only saw 1% of what you're gonna smash our faces with, as why would you wanna give more than that before the game is released? Gaming has changed, but it seems like people have lost perspective too. How can people really complain? honestly it makes no sense to me. Gaming use to be simple, but now keyboard warriors can sook because they didn't get to go see a tree in the background of an unreleased game. If you decided you're not going to buy it because you're so precious and think your opinion is so important and you deserve something, then you're the only one missing out. No one else cares that you wont buy it and the people who appreciate will enjoy it, still not caring you wont buy it to make a petty statement. oh what a world we live in. I can say I used to LOVE the glitches in halo 2, getting out of maps (in halo 3 as well) and all that good stuff. BUT i don't complain about it. bungie has their reasons to put limitations on their games since halo 2. 1 probably being the camera system they incorporated in halo 3. And if thats what you wanna do, you'll figure out glitches to get out of future games. nothing is impossible. And figuring out how to break the rules is a hugely fun experience in itself. Thanks bungie for creating something amazing for everyone and the amount of years it takes to do what you do.

Hopefully in the full game it will take more then an hour of gameplay to level up to 8 or this game is gonna be way to short, end game content or not. Me personally am glad to be starting over. Hopefully when i make my gaurdian this time around he can actually have a beard amd more faces and markings to choose from so he doesnt look like every single other gaurdian!! Absolutely looove this game, only thing i hope they fixed or was incomplete in the beta is the diversity and customization.

For people worried about the size of the game go look at the grimoire cards and under locations, it looks like Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, The Moon, Earth and the city will be places to go. What's weird though is that it's called the city, not the tower meaning that city you looked at when the guy was talking about the dark age, could be playable, don't get your hopes up though, also old Russia is 1/4 location cards under earth don't know if that means there are more places or they are just achievements, what do you guys think about this???

I can wait to make hellstar the third. He will live longer then the ones that came before him. But their deaths will not be in vain. Because all of what they have learned will be passed on down to him. He will be a true legend and nothing will stand in his way.

I knew they would be deleted, because it was a beta, and things change after a beta. The people that believed they would get to keep them are a little naïve as to what a beta is. Any dev worth their salt will use the information gained from a beta to ultimately change what needs to be changed to make the game even better. I max leveled all 3 classes/races, had a maxed out Shingen-C auto rifle, and I have no problem starting a new character. Im actually glad, hell I hope Bungie has slowed the leveling down. I don't want to hit level 20 in a weekend. It didn't take long at all to hit level 8 in the beta. We got one planet in the beta, and could almost reach the half way point to max level. I want to earn my level, not have it handed to me. That's how you really get attached to your character. Pre-ordered yesterday, I am in Destiny withdraw. I recorded hours of video of my adventures in the beta.. Im unsure whether this choice is easing my suffering, or making it worse.

Thanks bungie. I don't have any complaints and I'm definitely not mad. Maybe a little sad that I can't play the beta anymore. But the feeling of excitement outweighs all as I wait impatiently for 9/9. Keep the great content coming. Glad our testing is helping to shape and fine tune for launch.

Creepy. I've been listening to "The Gunslinger: The Dark Tower" and the line [i]there are other world than these[/i] came up just this afternoon. Is it Destiny? Great series BTW if anyone is interested.

If the beta has been erased, then why do certain profiles say "this account has X-level X-class" and some profiles say "this account has not played destiny"? Not that big of a deal, but my profile says "this account has not played destiny" and certain topics are "only for those who have played destiny" but now no one should have played destiny right? Nope still can't reply on those topics...
