1. That's just it...you DIDN'T pay for that content. SONY PAID FOR IT. By giving Activision MONEY to offset the cost---and risk---of making such an expensive video game. SONY paid for the right for their customers to get access to content before Xbox owners do. Just like Microsoft has (for years) paid Activision for the right for their customers to get DLC a full month before PS owners get it. Yet you don't hear PS owners endlessly whining about it. Or how they are getting cheated by not getting "what they paid for" at the same time as Xbox players. You---as an Xbox player, I assume---at just finding yourself for the first time on the short end of the stick you took for granted. Microsoft is having financial problems, and isn't willing to shell out the money to counter what Sony offered up. 2. If that content matters that much to you, then you have two choices. a. Buy a Playstation and a copy of Destiny for it...and you're good to go. (I have both consoles and made the decision to primarily play it on PS4 because of the exclusives) b. You are so offended, that you decide to vote with your wallet, and you refuse to buy the game or play. If you don't feel strongly enough to do either of those things, then you are wasting your time---and everyone elses---with this whining. This is how the console business works. You just didnt' notice it before, because Microsoft used to be the guys with the big wallet. Now they arent' anymore.

Sony bought that content for all it's users. MS didn't. Thank MS. And I think you are muting others that do not share your opinion, respect probably has little to do with it.

I have an Xbox One and I really don't care about the exclusive stuff, I just wish people would stop complaining.

Ok first, let's be honest, 90% of exclusive content comes to xbox first and almost no one says or gives a shiz. But Playstation gets exlclusive content for one game, Destiny, and bam it's a big deal. And I know it's a much smaller time frame for most other games but sometimes it's still worse. Such as in call of duty, yes, ps players only have to wait a month to get content but it's a full month without [b]any[/b] new content at all and they watch as xbox players play it. Whereas for destiny Xbox players are only gonna be missing out on a few small items while still that won't make much of a difference to the game, while still being able to play the major portion of the expansion at the same time as Playstation players. And second, Bungie is a business, just like all other gaming companies, it's a business. Businesses want money, and Sony gave bungie money. So, in turn sony gets more support from the company. You can't expect everyone to get every thing equally for everyone. When you buy a console you should realize that certain consoles will get exclusive content and there's nothing you can do about it, so you should have thought about that before you purchased your console. It's the same concept as exclusive games, companies such as sony and Microsoft throw a bunch of money at developers, such as bungie to make their games or content come to the companies system exclusively. Another example of this is an xbox exclusive Sunset Overdrive, Microsoft threw a bunch of money at insomniac to make the game come to them exclusively. And I've been an insomniac supporter since their spyro days. And when I bought my ps4 I very we'll knew that sunset overdrive was an xbox exclusive and as much as I wanted it I still preferred Playstation over xbox. It's like a tradeoff, you may want some stuff that is on one console and not the other but at the end of the day you just have to pick what matters to you most. As much as this sucks there is nothing you can do about it, obviously it would be great if there was only one console and everything would be on it so everyone was equal. But life isn't perfect so it's not fair to complain about how one developer supports a company over the other, after all they don't owe you anything. I know this was a hell of a long rant but I've gotten tired of all the arguing and I just wanted to let this out of my system. Also please do not take this in any way negatively towards anyone, just wanted to try and explain my views on the topic. P.S. When Destiny was first announced it was exclusive for Xbox 360 first, then a long time went by then Bungie flipped the switch to bringing exclusive content to Sony and PS3 and PS4 being lead systems . So now that a lot of gamers on one side feels upset over not having access to paid content with the purchase of the game for a year and a lot of those people are not going to buy it or are still on the fence. I am going to buy it on Xbox One because I have a few guys that want to party together on Destiny even though I have both but I can't blame X1 gamers for not wanting to buy or sitting on the fence because a lot of hot titles are coming out.
