There are plenty of clans openly recruiting, find one you like and join it. Quick way to get more friends.
A lot of people interested in this game aren't too familiar with mmo's and traditional raiding. They don't understand that you don't want to roll into a raid with random people.

I rolled for YEARS on WOW in raids being picked up as a spare. If you join with 6 friends, how is other people using MM going to hurt your experience? IT WON'T.....

1 Destiny isn't an mmo this bungie have stated 2 Destiny is a FPS, 6 play coop shares more similarities with halo and borderlands than WoW 3 The very people who you complain will ruin MM raids your solution is to have them swarm the clans? so a nice place for serious players who have invested time and effort to group together becomes filled with people who want to raid regardless of mic or skill level drowning out the voice of any others?
