Not keen on the idea tbh, mainly this part: "The Siren's super is called Joyous Hymn, and increases team damage and accuracy, but reduces movement speed and reload speed".
Supers aren't really supposed to have trade-offs, especially for your allies who have no control over when you're about to nerf their agility. The cost of using a Super is having to charge the meter.
Also it sounds like the Warlock has this role covered anyway with the team buffing, and wielding light from the Traveler makes more sense to me than using your voice.

Yea, thinking about it now it does seem stupid, I was just trying to give it an offset for PvP, but in reality it doesn't make a terrible lot of sense. And it seems like no one actually read the Sunsinger tree, from my understanding it just reduces ability cool downs and doesn't effect damage, speed or health. I could be wrong but that's the way it was worded.

I think the Cooldown reduction is an add-on. "Radiance" Fill yourself with solar light, increasing the effectiveness of all your abilities. \/ "Song of Flame" While active, Radiance reduces cooldown for nearby allies. "Radiant Skin" While active, Radiance reduces incoming damage. "Fireborn" Radiance can now be activated from beyond the grave. Doing so returns you to life.

Yea, so we aren't sure what increased effectiveness means. Either way I have faith in my idea, I know it needs work, but most ideas do before they are finished.
