They should be easy to defeat individually, and a potential problem if they swamp you in numbers. In other words, very much like the grunts in Halo. Consider yourself lucky the Dregs don't do suicide runs. Getting killed by a lucky hit from a lowly foot soldier when your shield is down is annoying, but re spawning is quick and death is but an inconvenience, thanks to your ghost.
