I like the social aspect of interaction at the Tower Social hub. To wave, point, dance, sit. 4 directions on a d-pad. But what if holding down the left trigger or L2 on the gamepad allowed those 4 gestures to be changed to something else. Eg: L2 + up = gesture follow me L2 + down = lie down/lounge L2 + right = secondary dance L2 + left = set waypoint (controlled with right thumbstick for waypoint location) ...or something similar to that. Is this a good idea? In the Tower, the left bumpers/triggers aren't used for anything so they would not intervene on gameplay when you're out in the field. What other gestures would you like to see? I think gestures in d-pad should be assignable so you can tailor your social interactions with the kind of Guardian you want to be.
