The Sparrow, Pike, and Interceptor are not all the same faction. By your own logic there's no reason to have a naming convention :p Also, technically, everything that isn't your default hoverbike shouldn't even be called a Sparrow (Hint, their Nomads and the like. All diff...for some reason). In general though honestly, their names are very strange. Vanguard can mean one of three things. And enemies went from being Hunter and Grunt to being Ascendant Knight and Servitor. My clan has degenerated to calling stuff "the angry purple ball" and "Those flood guys, I mean Hive" Also, Dinklebot
