Because if I find a legendary warlock item, I'd like to be able to trade it for a titan legendary. Does anybody know the answer to this question?

Lol bungie would sooner put legendary engram microtransactions

I would like to see some sort of trading system such as only being able to trade items within your fireteam for items that dropped in the activity you completed. This is similar in principle to something I remember from WoW in which you could trade items for a limited period after the end of a dungeon with member of the group your ran that dungeon with. Would at the very least get by issues with someone dropping their third mythoclast when a member of the group has never had one etc...

I'm all for a NPC trader but not p2p. But an NPC trader would be awesome exotic for exotic and legendary for legendary
-
-
It wouldn't ruin the game because you'd still have to be a high enough level to use the gear
-
I wish they added trading because I have 3 Red Deaths and my friend wants one of them
-
No. This would take away 90% of the game.
-
If they make one, i quit the game.

i personally think there should be a trading system implemented in game. why? because it would make the shitty loot system much tolerable and the system would actually makes. think about: you do nightfall and get some shitty pile, you go to the tower and go to an area that only level 28 - 32 players can enter, you go to a table and put that item up for sale for whatever you want/need. after awhile, you get a notification that the item has been sold and you instantly get the dough without having to sit around and wait for it. if your out on a task, it gets sent to your vault. there are some many people who have like 50 copies(exaggerating) of each weapon that other high level players want. and i think, if there was a trading system and that player needed something, they could charge a small fee for that weapon. whether it be glimmer, shards, or strange coins.

I say yes.......but not with people. Bungie should implement a trading system the same way xur trades upgraded exotics. Every week the gunsmith could have new weapons to trade. Just my two cents.
-
Nope. Never. Don't even expect it
-
No, and i really hope not, because it will spawn people selling gear they don't want for real money to people who don't want to go through the trouble or work for the gear themselves. I can picture it now, someone who has never run the raid at 32 because he bought all of his gear.
-
Deej said no. It would defeat a lot of the game longevity and how they envisioned it be played.
-
E3 they said trading Now they say no trading. Either way RNG is terrible without trading.
-
No MMO style game allows trading of important items and being as there arent a whole lot of other items in the game, I doubt there will be a trading system any time soon.
-
Wtf this isn't runescape
-
No. Idea is too good.
-
If they do then no exotics and Raid gear should be traded.
-
No and I hope not.
-
No and i hope it stays how it is now. TRADING WILL BREAK THE GAME.
-
Won't happen. Ever. Just shut up.

Edited by Undefined: 12/22/2014 2:02:05 PMThe marked answer is incorrect....the answer is yes :/ wtf. Disclaimer: we don't know what will be tradable and how it will work, but bungie already stated that eventually we will have a trading system before the game even launched. http://www.gamespot.com/articles/destiny-wont-let-you-trade-items-with-other-player/1100-6421902/ Also, PS: stahp bumping -- I fell for that necro ;_:

Never
-
No trading ever please it brings with it bad things, trust me
-
If it did get a system. People would be farming VoG to sell Mythoclasts to every nub Level 20 on the game
