EDIT: my point is being missed. I didn't ask if a high ratio makes me a good player, I asked why, when I give an opinion about the game, a typical answer is "your kd sucks stfu you're stupid and don't matter". Pretty sure Bungie would like opinions from everyone, not just good players. Then they know how to reach a wider market. Is that not logical?
Mine sucks. Putting that out there to save everyone the time of looking up my profile, seeing it blows and posting it.
That said, apparently a high kill/death ratio means your opinions are worth more than mine because "you suck, get good n00b lulz".
So, someone explain to me when not being good at this game meant my opinion about the game doesn't matter. This should be good.

Edited by MysticJon: 7/25/2014 7:49:50 PMIt's just a game. A hobby. K/D doesn't mean a thing. As long as you're having fun, then you're playing the game right. A high K/D doesn't pay the bills (unless you play professionally). For most people gaming is a hobby and hobbies are for fun. If you treat hobbies as more than just hobbies, then they become work. Don't let people make you feel bad for playing a video game. If you're enjoying the game, that's all that matters. Now if you want some practical in-game advice, hold two out of the three flags and defend one of them. You'll rack up kills just defending a flag.
