My problem with the tracking is you get stuck in a 4 vs 6 match and it destroys your k/d , I'm sure the full game will be better about matchmaking but I kinda do care about my k/d and it sucks when one game I'm just getting slaughtered cause I'm so outnumbered , I was In a match last night where every1 but me quit, 1 vs 6 , so the 6 guys just roamed around killing me for 10 mins to pad there k/d, keep in mind I knew I had no chance and I'm not a quitter so rode around on my sparrow, and they kept shooting at no time did I fight back , great job guys u killed one guy over and over

Ha last night i got stuck in a 3v6 and went 46-12 i enjoy the challenge and making the other team start quitting

I was once in a 1v6 situation, and went 2.5 k/d. Trust me, they usually suck, so if you just hunker down with a scout rifle, you can pick off more than they can kill you. It's always frustrating, but you can put up a better fight than just being a moving target on your sparrow.

Edited by Paulstation: 7/25/2014 5:39:34 PMI bet you weren't using a standard starting weapon though. K/d almost always equates to good gear. Skill plays little part even in missions because those of us stuck with crap get nothing but assists.

Gear is normalised in the crucible. One of the best auto rifles is the one you start with in the first mission.

I know the weapons are supposed to be normalised but the auto rifles are no way balanced with each other. Cydonia and shingen-c clearly have the advantage. That's without taking the uncommon unlocks into account.
