On saturday at 2 p.m. eastern time anyone on the game then will get a surprise. This was announced on Xbox 360 beta.

thats stupid they made it free for xbox gold.... whats the point of pre order? i get one extra day to play? while ps3 and 4 got an extra week?

Actually, they had 10 days total. We had 4. Mainly cause, Sony paid Bungie so they get it first, along with exclusive Ps3/ps4 only items.
