Yes. All the times they have posted like when the Beta started was in pacific time. They are located in that time zone so it makes sense they would use that time zone

Do you actually have to be playing and activate something or does your character just have to be in the game somewhere at that time? I gotta be at work when this is going down so I was gonna leave the game running with my character in the tower and a rubber band on the controller to keep it from shutting off.

The phrase ive seen from Bungie is "report to the tower"
