My husband and I both have it preordered. We are fully prepared to use the time between the end of the beta to launch to teach our pets how to cook, clean, and take care of themselves, because we sure as hell won't have the time.

Ermagerd! Same here! This is going to be our new addiction! Destiny is a captivating and intriguing experience that comes along only once in a blue moon. I completely agree...I foresee a lot of all nighters and vacation time spent on Destiny gaming holidays in our future. LOL!

Pffft, You probably will get bored after a month since the level cap is 20. Not sure what BUNGIE have up their sleeves but I highly doubt people will be playing this game over 6 months let alone a decade. There won't be anything to do (besides pvp) once you hit level 20 and you have already grinded all rare or epic gears for you characters and mastered all the perks/talents and that shouldn't take more than 6 months if the level cap stays at 20.

I don't know if you or anybody else has seen that if you hover the cursor over your power slot,another power slot will emerge.Just a thought. And high level cap isn't really what Destiny is going for.They have stated publicly (Lars Bakken i think) that like so many other mmo's,you leave the game a week and all of your friends has leveled up to the point were you and them are not gonna share the same awesome experience (mob's getting to strong,they get better loot etc etc) and you are also gonna die alot.ALOT. No fun. So you invest in your powers instead,still being able to give your friends a run for their money even after they have played non-stop for that week.And the gear of course,knowing Bungie,theres gonna be ALOT of GEAR,quote me on that.I have a blue Scout Rifle in my inventory with a friggin tripod,can't use it yet but daaaang son,it is sexy!

There's Already two ( not One but TWO) expansion pacs that I have reserved already. The Fn game isn't even out yet. I wouldn't worry about getting bored my friend

The Level Cap is higher than 20, but you level up in a different way after level 20. Correct me if I'm wrong but it has something to do with "light"

You get a mote if light ever time you level after level 20 and then you can buy stuff from the speaker.

you are correct though its not permanent levels. if you remove the gear with light then you should de level i think
