Plus level 15 being the unlock point for the second subclass. 5 levels wouldn't be enough to even max and master it. Each skill unlocks when a level is "gained". Currently the unlocks slow to the point of no longer unlocking, due to high experience requirements.
This is totally incorrect. Abilities in the AC unlock separately from your class level. The reason they stop, is there is a cap on the number of abilities you can get in Beta. That number is 14. After you earn the 14th ability, your AC no longer gains XP. It has nothing to do with low level enemies, it just stops gaining XP due to a Beta limit.

Uh. I've got more than 14, and I've been slowly going up on all of them so far up until 'Path Unknown' which is number 21 in the list of abilities.

Once you earn your 14th ability they will stop going up. I will need a screenshot to prove you have more than that. The abilities are capped, just like the levels.

true, but we have to remember that either way in the end. The point of leveling and gaining skills is to learn how to use them effectively. If we were to cap out too soon. We would have less time to experiment with the subclasses. Making it harder late game(the longer its been out) for newer players to hop into endgame content. As by then many players would expect near perfection.
