It's easy to take the high road when you don't have the same experience as others. Cut the whiners some slack. Not everyone has an error free experience or gaming experience as ideal as you may have. We are all just a couple of bad experiences away from being one you consider a "whiner."

Developers can't test out everything that could go wrong with a game, they just don't have the time or resources. Betas are just as much about stress testing as they are for finding major/minor bugs. That said, regardless of what your experience with an alpha/beta is, treating it like a full game is just silly. Stuff is going to break that was never conceived of. Either accept the fact that a game (not just this game) is in beta and treat it like so, or avoid playing it all together.

I can't even get it to play. Run into a caterpillar error every time the starting cuscene ends. The really annoying thing is it seems like no one else but a guy in Japan is having this, either that or no one is taking their time to provide feedback like they should in a beta.

agreed to a point. Depending on the level of errors, it can be frustrating. Also, beta is not an excuse for anything game breaking, and should rarely crash, that's what alpha is for. This said, some players have the wrong attitude when entering feedback, they sound entitled, or show there anger in a very immature way. As it is "Feedback" and the game is still in development, the "whiner gamers" need to also cut the developers slack, but also learn to give constructive criticism over crying bloody murder over such first world problems. However, when you feel like everyone is having fun but you, it's easy to get carried away.

Agreed. There is always some people that will live in the extremes and throw off any survey... like those who will never be satisfied with anything unless they do well... and even then they'll never be completely satisfied. For the most part though, people have legitimate gripes. Also, as someone in IT I often overlook that someone may not be as tech savvy as me. More often than not, something that is common sense to me... may as well be in Klingon to them.
