I agree with most things expect the map, tagging, shared loot drop, and the inventory.
As far as the map goes it is a good idea, but I would say a player needs to explore a place first and not just automatically know where all the little secret spots are.
For the tagging, if you are in a public match that might be too much info. Especially when you are with randoms that will just start tagging everything for fun. Also I think being able to tag an enemy player is kind of cheap. If your that serious about relaying the snipers location to the team just use your mic.
The shared loot drop is a cheap way people could easily level up. If some low level players run with higher level players and those players get good loot. Or if you have noobs in a fireteam with high level players who get good loot then those noobs can get a huge leg up.
As for the inventory, I think its fine as is. Also there should be no reason you have to look at your friends inventory, it's theirs. If they wanted you to know you would. You kinda have a point on the weapon levels but I don't find it to be all that important. Especially in the example you gave the titan would still have alot of leveling up to do.

YES. True. Simple- scale the rewards to each players equipped gear and level. That way an engram drops you get a high level gun but a noob gets a low level one Simple- Have option to show public or set to private. Also you can see everything on bungie.net and the companion app already...
