Your analysis and recommendations were bang on and I agreed with everything you said minus the breakdown of the classes. I think what we are seing right now in pvp is a slightly skewed skill curve making certain classes look better than others. I agree that the warlock seems to be most people's favorite class but I think the main reason he seems overpowered is because; like you pointed out, his super is very easy to use and get results with. The longer this beta goes on the more I am seeing people go on incredible rampages with the hunter especially, getting 2 and 3 kills every time they use GG with the option to employ it at a range where the other supers would be useless. The titan is also a real mega threat in iron banner where his added toughness makes him a real challenge to bring down in a 1v1 duel. In reference to your comment about the hunter having no answer to large groups of enemies, we have yet to see the arc blade in action and tbh I think his role in PvE is to be doing huge targeted damage to hard targets while the other classes tank the front line and AoE trash mobs. It plays into the whole MMORPG aspect and would rankle me more if every class was good at everything. Great comment and im not attacking you or saying you're wrong. Just adding my opinion :)

  • Thanks for the feedback! I do, and don't agree. I see some very skilled hunter players out there - but I haven't seen the large GG sprees (that I can tell). On the other hand, that may be a playstyle thing too. I am very, very rarely in the open and/or gathered with a group of teammates (I try to maintain distance from other teammates so as not to get caught by a stray super). Part of that is my personal background, but part of that is my class selection as well - I prefer up-close combat to ranged. On the one hand - I'm sure that there are Hunters out there that are just annihilating the opposition, I just haven't seen it firsthand. The Warlock, is on the borderline, but I would actually say that if his splash damage was lessened, they would be fine. Right now they have what seems to be the largest splash, along with the most distance and least amount of risk. As a primarily Titan player myself, I can say that often popping my FoH is a one-way trip - if I miss even one enemy, I'm done. Warlocks can fire and forget, and can take cover before the Nova Bomb even hits. So I'm split. It's out of my personal experience, but I can certainly see that there are good players out there that really make the class work as is.
