Honestly sounds like a huge argument about nothing filled with smart words for no practical reasoning. Lost vacation time is barely an excuse for compensation imho. Or someone clarify what the hell is actually being suited? This makes little sense, he's sueing over the fact he is entitled to bonuses he never got, some crap like that.
