I got some sort of mcdonalds cheeseburger after my second game.

They didn't mention to get bounties first and to go to crucible. I was panicking because i was just told to meet up with the red barren.

The drops are random loot drops. If they only rewarded the best, the best would get even better gear, making it so the rest never are able to stand a chance. By having some randomness everyone has a chance to get better gear keeping things more competitive. Now, there should be some reward for playing well. Either from tough bounties with unique rewards or something similar. But some randomness for the loot drops isn't an issue.

3 Replieswho cares, every thing get reset, the real problem here is if you want those cool fraction gear u need to do PvP Hunter-Shotgun fest ? very disappointing + I am not a fan of 30fps competitive.

I ain't even bothered about getting legendary weapons, I was just gutted that I had to get one more specific kill to finally complete my iron banner bounty and that I was removed from game lol. Tomorrow canny come quick enough lol

looks kind of random to me, because of positions above and below getting them, and I got two on a match I totally ate chit on. I did c a green banner pop up at the end of some matches wit the subtitles "true objective" or something like that, on the matches that I concentrated on capturing the flag instead of going for kills. may b that's the key to loot?

2 RepliesI don't see how this event was 'not worth our time' but I do agree that saying that it had anything to do with your contribution to the match was a bit misleading. Heck... I saw the 2nd worst player on a losing team get the hand cannon, lol.

But this little kid got the legendary variant of the Galahad-B (which is the highest damage assault rifle in the beta) And through all 3 matches he was getting owned and started to cry, moan, and blame my team for not "Protecting him" I only let this one and the ones to come slip by due to this being a Beta. Hopefully, the full game will fix this problematic problem. One more thing... Why am I being paired with little kids? Come one it's like torture weekend for me. Haven't found a good fire team since day one. But what really grinds my gears is the fact that these little gremlins are lvl 8 and they suck to magnitudes beyond my comprehension. BUT.... The moment when my senses went FUBAR was when the the little kid dismantled the legendary weapon... I heard him through the mic talking trash about the weapon and not being able to use it. I thought he was trolling but I heard the sound when you dismantle a weapon which is like a double click followed by a metal sound... I lost hope for change. Now as soon as I heard a screeching voice of a little kid, I am abandoning the battle. I going to desert them all for good. I prefer the penalty than going through the whole mission with those abominations.

Yeah I came in first just about every game I played too, didn't get anything though I saw a few players who did much worse than me get plenty of legendaries. Though I am mostly pretty pissed off because I spent a lot of time trying to complete the ten kill streak bounty and when I finally did it, the bounty didn't complete. I got the crucible mark on my bungie account, but the bounty didn't complete...

I'll be the first to admit that I suck, but I'm new to this. I keep getting a little better every round. I got a purple gun, and I took it as a reward for learning/improving. Hopefully when I'm level 20 I'll know how to use it.

5 Repliesall I see is people either complaining about not getting anything or people whining about people who did good not get anything. the information about the game type said bring your A game and you get stuff. that's how it should have been. I was always top of my team be it I won or lost overall but I didn't get anything. yea it sucked and I was a bit disappointed, but seeing people complain about how the sucky people should get stuff is dumb. its called competitive. if you want to get good things too get better. that's how the world works. people will always be better than you and you have to work at it to get better. not just complain saying you participated and get a trophy for participation.

Well they didn't necessarily false advertise...they did give us legendary weapons...just none we can use. So that's the part that pissed me off
