Between the Balloon and the Fan there are so many shenanigans in the tower, I love it :)

The post master building you can jump on. On top there is a fan that if you stand on will lift you into the air.

How do you actually get on the roof?

Run and jump from the grass by the bounty bot.

The fan only lifts you if someone goes upstairs and activates it.
