I feel like the hc's are fine, but I think that bungie should nerf the rof on scouts, which would make the pulse rifles too more useable.

I kind of like the pulse rifle's recoil. Makes lining up headshots easy -- aim for chest, let the recoil hit a precision shot every burst. There are upgrades that give bonus' to precision shots after landing body shots that make this weapon class too good to pass up.

They don't need to nerf anything, the weapons are fine the way they are.
