It seems that a widespread problem that many have encountered was they entered the beta code on the Playstation Store when it was having some issues. To find out how to fix this problem, I contacted Sony’s chat support.
Those of you that have encountered this issue should contact [url=https://support.us.playstation.com/app/chat/chat_launch/survey_comp_id/518/survey_comp_auth/2a5f35b49282184a7832ea696b02c54d4f93345a/request_source/7]Sony’s chat support[/url] for assistance.
What you need for this:
1) Your PSN account information
2) The beta code(s) you entered
If you have the two above items, sony [i]should[/i] be able to resolve your problem.
Note: The wait is about 25 minutes, so the sooner you do this, the better off you will be- but it may be faster than waiting for someone to give you another code.
