They need to start making 9mm revolvers. A nice reliable one could corner the market with preppers and whatnot.
That I know of they're extremely uncommon.

They already have them. A 9MM revolver would completely eliminate one of the most advantageous parts of having a revolver. It's power. Revolvers are know for being able to take much more powerful kind of ammunition ans downsizing it to a 9MM would eliminate that.
