So I was looking at the Ocarina of Time map and when compared to the small glimpse we saw of the new Zelda game, they seem to have similar geography.
For example, to the top right you can clearly see Death Mountain in a similar place to where it was in OoT's world. You can also see a huge ravine or valley to the far left. Possibly Gerudo Valley leading to the Gerudo Desert and Haunted Wasteland?
And in the middle, WAY to the back you can clearly see what appears to be Hyrule Castle and Castletown, just like in OoT.
But this does beg the question as to where Link is. We see him ride the horse (likely Epona) into a forest. That might be leading to the Kokiri Forest and eventually The Lost Woods. That means Lake Hylia would be behind him somewhere. The ranch from OoT was a huge part of the map, but that's also because the field was a lot smaller, so maybe that's why we don't see it.
Thoughts? Sorry if this sounds a little HaloFollower tier.

Weird, it's almost like they've been using the same rough layout for all of their games.
