Getting DLC a month early is not the same as waiting almost a full year.

This is true for CoD, but The Division gets permanently exclusive content.

I have honestly not heard that. Do you mind if I ask where this info comes from? I want to be clear. I don't think any content from a third party dev should ever be exclusive. Not even the stupid COD early DLC crap. However The Division is my #1!game for over a year and if we do get completely exclusive content well that just sucks
but I will still play it
I remember hearing about it on the forum so I just Googled it, I don't remember the exact website, but the information should be easy to find. Exclusivity, timed or not, always sucks. Unfortunately that's the road the industry is traveling right now, and it may for a while. My hopes are that we at least reach a point where there are no exclusive bits of multi platform games. People tend to not get so mad over console exclusive games.
I know, I'm on the PS4 and I'll still be playing The Division, it looks absolutely fantastic, extra content or not.
I agree. It does seem to be the way it's heading but I hope also that multi plat games will stop exclusive content. Console exclusives are just there and usually funded by the console's company so who can be mad.
