So what dude? Xbone will get crazy exclusives with The Division, and that game is shaping up to be nuts!
The only way to remedy this, if you care enough to do so, is to get both consoles.

Division is speculated by its devs to be done and released in 2016, two years away. Destiny is now.

What!!? 2016?? If that's true I'm booking a trip to Malmo soon so I can whip those lazy Swede devs into shape.

Most of their time was spent making the engine needed to run the game, snowflake is a hell of a engine though.

I know right? Every single time I see a video about it I'm blown away. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Yup, but unfortunately it took like three frigging years to make, the games only truly been worked on for a little over 2 years I think. By 2016 the game will have had a 7 year development.

Hopefully Destiny will keep us all fully entertained until then!

The Division will release in 2015, probably late 2015. The devs have said definately next year on an interview, and that we will see them again at e3 next year so I wouldn't expect before e3 2015, which will make is a late summer fall release. The Snowdrop engine is finished, its building an open world the size of New York almost on a 1:1 scale that most buildings are enterable that takes masses of time.
