I'll be buying the Destiny Collectors Edition as soon as its announced, so physical here. Saying that, I do really like the idea of pre-downloading so I might eventually go down the Digital path but only if there's some kind of pricing incentive to do so. At the moment with Aussie prices on the PSN store it often costs more to buy digital than to go purchase a physical copy from a store which is just ludicrous.
