Those 17 codes unlock grimoire cards. How has no one figured that out?

No. It only says come back in 2014 to see what these unlock. Something along those lines.

Where do you go to enter them ?

You enter the codes in he same place you enter the beta code. You see them in the what was alpha.bungie.net when the alpha was up.
