My biggest concern is that people automatically assume Marty is the Good Guy.... Bungie wouldn't have fired him without a REALLY good reason....

Actually they are kinda helping him in that if they did say a reason it may hinder him getting all the job offers he's probably getting right now.. And I've heard that it's against the law to say why he was fired but I could be wrong...

They would actually only be able to say "with cause" or "without cause". I'm pretty sure it is actually illegal to give the reason someone was terminated. It would be the same as if your prospective employer called your previous employer and your old boss went on about how bad of an employee you were. They're not allowed to do that.

He's not suing them for some unknown reason though, its for unpaid fees they owe him, which is fine. Its just everyone is rushing to support him, when no one actually has any idea of what's happening at bungie.

Many of us are trying to stay objective, but the more we know, the harder it gets. Doesn't matter anymore anyway, decisions were made, it's just sad.

We have Tama for Boy, Or Matua for Man. Im not full Maori myself, only about 1/14th, but everyone knows a bit of the language. I do live in NZ, and the internet here is decent. 2mb download 1mb up for me, so only good connection to Australian Servers. HOWEVER, Fibre is being installed, so soon we will be able to play with the rest of the world with a decent 30-50 ping

Same here, everyone knows a bit of Hawaiian even if you're not. Not surprising we would share some words with the Polynesian decent. We have fiber, supposedly getting 20mb down and 5mb up, but if the neighborhood is downloading the internet, slows down a lot. Couple years back the underwater cables broke (giant sea monster?) and internet was down for days. The ping is what's killing us here, Island to island is fine, but as soon as you hit the mainland, your grenades will stick to your foes AFTER they're done slaughtering you and their pixels long gone... I'm the queen of assists and often get dropped off games entirely :( Did a traceroute recently as we couldn't even stream Netflix and it was either dying in route or hitting the 500+, pretty sad. Thanks for answering, always nice to know how other islanders are fairing. It always worries me when games are online only due to the service we have here.

The only reason i can play anything is because i live in the city. Towns and country barely get 20kbs down. 20. kbs. for 10 years i endured that hell AND NEVER AGAIN Oh, and praise be Cthulhu. May he spare your Underwater Fibre Cables.
