Should Titanfall be Game of the Year?
I think Titanfall deserves GOTY personally. It revolutionised the gaming industry with its human-robot PvP, with its story, awesome titan AI, and with its amazing graphics for the Xbox one. What do you guys think?

Wait a sec, what do all great video games have in common? Great campaign/story, iconic characters, forget less moments. For a lot of us the story is what we crave, who's the main character in Titanfall? Basically nobody, don't get me wrong i think the multiplayer is a recipe for success, it's just lacking in story (a lot).

Yes and no, because Titanfall was an amazing game with great graphics but lacked a good storyline. The gameplay was also revolutionary, and the maps were great.

It was a great change of pace but it got really stale really fast.

I personally don't believe it revolutionized anything. Player vs Titan was cool, but it wasn't a huge breakthrough anymore so than Player vs Aliens. Graphics don't exactly revolutionize gaming, they just make it look better. The AI was good, but not a breakthrough. And the story, let's be honest, there wasn't one. Fun game though it was, it was not one to revolutionize the gaming industry.

People are insulting all the mediocre/bad games by calling this game good... It was different for a while which made it seem good... It lost it's appeal very quickly!

1 ReplyTitanfall has some great gameplay and good looking maps. But the limited amount of weapons and semi-repetitive gameplay weakens it. I think it's a good game, but it got old quick.
